We make no warranty that the Doorstep Organics Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Doorstep Organics Website.

Nothing in the Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees.

Not withstanding any other provision in the Conditions, nothing herein shall limit your rights as a consumer under English law.

Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with any of our products we will be happy to offer a replacement item. In certain cases a discount may be offered against your next purchase, which will be credited to your Doorstep Organics account balance. Please contact us with any complaints or queries about the products delivered and we will arrange for one of the above or if required a refund to your credit/debit card.

Please be aware that due to the perishable nature of our goods we are unable to accept cancellations less than 3 working days before your delivery is due.

None perishable goods can be returned within 7 working days and refunded if not damaged, starting the day after purchase.

Your Payment
All transactions are made in GB pounds.

You must ensure we are provided with details of a valid credit or debit card bearing either the Mastercard, Visa, Delta, American Express, Switch or Solo symbol. You undertake to immediately inform us of any changes to your card details, whatever they are.

Your credit card and payment details will be held on our system; we do our absolute best to ensure the security of these details, but this cannot be guaranteed. Your card will automatically be charged for the goods which you have ordered, on or after the day we deliver them to you.

Delivery Policy
You are responsible for making adequate arrangements to receive your delivery, and for giving us appropriate instructions as to where to leave your order if you are out. In the event that your delivery is stolen from your doorstep or damaged whilst there, we do not accept liability, and will offer compensation at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from any customer; considerations of delivery problems may give rise to such a refusal.

We always try to keep your delivery day the same, but we reserve the right to change it temporarily or permanently and will tell you if we do so.

If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control such as strike action, bad weather conditions, vehicle breakdown or traffic congestion, Doorstep Organics will not accept liability for any inconvenience or loss this may cause. In the event of non-delivery, you will not be charged for goods you did not receive.
